What you need before your staff’s hours come in

Our DPA is part of the terms, and the sub-processor list is public, so you can decide without a review.

One DPA, accepted with the terms

It covers UK GDPR Article 28, CCPA service-provider terms, a DPDP processor contract and the Australian Privacy Principles. Ask us and we’ll countersign it.

What we commit to

  • We tell you within 48 hours of becoming aware of a breach.
  • You get 30 days’ email notice of a new sub-processor, and you can object.
  • When one of your staff writes to us about their data, we pass it to you within 2 working days.
  • You can export everything at any time.
  • If Hourclose ever closes, you get 90 days’ notice with export open throughout.
  • Records are kept at least as long as your country’s law asks.
